Update 03/02/20010

Hi Everyone, where has the last 12 months gone? we have had some very interesting contact & e-mails with you all including TV coverage, Radio coverage & international press coverage.

When launched initially the competition was flying but then tragedy - Paypal pulled the payment facility without notice.

I think you all know the story from then in thst it took almost 6 months to find an alternative online payment facility for an individual in the UK.

Anyway we overcame this & relaunched, unfortunately second time around despite some national & international coverage it never gained the same momentum.

Therefore we have reached deadline date without securing the minimum number of sales. I will be speaking with the professional advisors about where to go from here - the options in the rules are:

Extend the deadline date due to the unforeseen paypal action taking the Competition Offline for around 6 months or

Close the Competition and make a single cash prize draw for one lucky individual.

Sorry to those with unanswered e-mails but the amount having been received has exceeded my ability to respond as quick as I would like. I will be back to you as time permits. Thank you for your patience.

I will update you all as soon as I can - keep lucky.........

Dave

The house

Overlooking the idyllic River Wyre basin the home offers unique views from the Fylde Coastline.

The house has been designed to maximise the exquisite panorama with the living accommodation situated over the bedrooms.

As you relax or enjoy a meal your eyes are drawn to the ever changing river as each passing tide creates subtle changes to the river flow at low tide.

There is an abundance of local wildlife with the opposite shore being part of the Stannah Nature Reserve and the other view across to Poulton Yacht Club. This club hosts races most weekends when tide permits and it is a common site to watch local sailors race round the buoy situated adjacent to the house. With this property it is possible to "peppercorn" rent a river mooring outside the home via the local Parish Council

The gardens have been designed to maximise the secluded position with a sculptured lawn area, 2 Koi pools with connecting waterfall features, hidden paths and a hardwood Gazebo on the sea wall to sit and get a 1st hand view of the river and its treasures. Entry to the rear garden is via concertina patio doors to let the garden really enter the home.

The front Garden is again designed to minimise maintenance yet maintain the water theme with a self sufficient water feature of "Grace" apparently floating on a column of water.

The Home has ample living space with a large 1st floor living area maximising the view through floor to ceiling windows and 2 private balconies (1 heated)
